Easy & Spicy Shrimp Oriental Noodles

I love seafood, spice, and easy meals!  Instant noodles bring me back to childhood, but I do like to add a grown up taste.  This meal is easy enough to prepare and, most importantly, it tastes great!

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon garlic, ginger and chili paste (use less if you don't like as much heat)
1/2 cup peas
4-6 roughly chopped grape tomatoes
1/2 lb cooked shrimp
1 package of MAMA* instant noodles (I use these ones because of the seasoning)

Bring a small pot of water to a boil for the noodles.
While waiting for the water to boil, heat the paste in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
After about 5 minutes, add the peas and tomatoes to the paste and continue cooking.
Add the noodles to the boiling water, but don't add the seasoning packets.  Cook for about 5 minutes, or until ready.
Add shrimp to the pan, along with 2 tablespoons of the noodle water, and then drain and add the noodles.
Add the dry noodle seasoning, and the chili powder, to desired spiciness.
Mix well and serve.

*MAMA noodles come with a dual seasoning packet that has seasoning and one side and chili powder on the other.  I add all of the chili powder, but if you want it to be less spicy, don't use as much.
