Toasted Lobster Ravioli

Yes, I realize that this is the second lobster ravioli recipe in as many weeks, but this is a great, simple snack to prepare for New Year's Eve.  It only has a few ingredients and it is ready within half an hour.  Toasted ravioli is a nice, crunchy snack that is perfect for dipping!

Ingredients:
1 package of lobster ravioli (I buy the Giovanni Rana 2 packs at Costco)
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
Cocktail sauce, for serving

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 F.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Beat the egg and water together in a small bowl.  Pour the bread crumbs into another small bowl.
3. Separate the ravioli gently.  If any pieces are really stuck together, use a little bit of water to soften and separate.
4. Dip the ravioli in the egg and then in the bread crumbs, ensuring that both sides are well coated.  Place on the parchment lined baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, flip and spray the other side,  Arrange the ravioli leaving a little bit of space between each piece.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.  Make sure that you flip them over after the first 10 minutes.

Serve with cocktail sauce and enjoy!
