Pizza Pasta

Pizza or pasta?  If you can decide, why not mix them?  You can customize this dish to match whichever kind of pizza you are craving!



Ingredients:
2 cups dry pasta (I used gluten free shells)
1 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup water
2 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup cheese
Optional: 1/8 cup chopped pearl onions

Directions:
1. Cook bacon.  While bacon is cooking, put a pot of water on to boil for the pasta and prep all other ingredients.
2.  When the water boils, add the dry pasta. 
3.  Once the bacon is cooked, chop it up and put it in a large pan with all remaining ingredients, except the pasta and cheese.  Warm over low heat.
4.  Once the pasta is cooked, drain and then add to the sauce.  Top with cheese and serve.
