Ingredients:
7 1/2 oz papaya
7 1/2 oz pumpkin puree
14 oz. sweetened, condensed milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
24 tart shells
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Puree papaya.
3. Mix all filling ingredients together until smooth.
4. Fill tart shells and bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into a tart comes out clean.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat!
