Ingredients:
2 slices of multi grain bread
3-4 slices cooked bacon
2-3 slices mozzarella
1 Tbsp. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing
1 Tbsp. mustard
2-3 slices tomato
1-2 torn lettuce leaves
butter
Directions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. Mix together cream cheese and Thousand Island Dressing. The dressing adds a nice pickle flavor to the sandwich, but if you don't like this, leave the dressing out.
4. Spread cream cheese and dressing mixture on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
5. Spread mustard on the unbuttered slice of the other piece of bread. Top with bacon.
6. Place bread in the pan, buttered side down. You will cook this sandwich open so that you can add lettuce and tomato once it is done.
7. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes, until bread is toasted how you like it.
8. Remove from pan, place tomatoes and lettuce on top of bacon and then place the other slice of bread on top.
