Jade Blend Rice

I love Bulk Barn and I always find interesting new things to try there.  Unfortunately, they keep their rice in  dispensers in the candy aisle (which I try to avoid) so I missed out on trying this delicious rice mix for a very long time!

Coconut Rice

One of my old co-workers used to always bring in delicious coconut rice from a restaurant, which is sadly no long in business.  Since we can't buy it anymore, I guess we have to make it!
