Red Velvet Pudding Cake

No one wants a dry cake, so I am always looking for ways to ensure that they stay moist.  Pudding is a great addition that will enhance the flavor and prevent the cake from coming out dry.

Ingredients
1 package of Duncan Hines* red velvet cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1 package of instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Grease a Bundt cake pan.
3. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on low for 30 seconds.
4. Turn mixer to medium and beat for 2 more minutes, ensuring everything is combined.
5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50 minutes.
6. Let cool and serve as is or top with icing, glaze or ganache.

* I am a die hard Duncan Hines fan.  I have never found another cake mix that makes successful cakes so consistently.  I am not sponsored by them in any way; I am just a massive fan of their cake mixes.
