Scotch Baps (or Scottish Baps) are incredibly soft, fluffy, bread rolls that are dusted with flour and practically melt in your mouth.
I had never even heard of baps until my local Save On Foods started carrying them, and now I am hooked. These are the perfect accompaniment to so many dishes. Pastas, soups, stews, you name it! I am in love!
