Taraji has been acting for years but it seems like she's only really starting to get major recognition now, thanks to her role as Cookie on Empire. However, she was amazing in so many movies and also on Person of Interest. I was so sad when Carter was killed off (sorry, not sorry - you can share my misery now), but thrilled when Taraji moved on to Empire. I will definitely be watching to see what Cookie gets up to this season!
