1/2 lb, shrimp
1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. garlic, ginger, chili paste (I use one by Derlea)
dash of paprika
Directions:
1. Melt coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. While the oil is melting, peel shrimp and then rinse well.
2. Add the ginger, garlic and chili paste to the pan and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until fragrant and starting to bubble.
3. Add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until shrimp is no longer translucent.
4. Sprinkle a dash of paprika on top and serve.
This is amazing with quinoa, rice or mixed greens!
