For each individual serving:
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup of milk of choice (almond and coconut are both delicious choices)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or other flavoring of choice
1/4 cup fruit, to serve
Directions:
1. Mix chia seeds, milk and flavoring.
2. Stir well and refrigerate for a minimum of 10 minutes, but preferably overnight.
3. Top with fruit and enjoy!
