Watermelon and peach is one of my favorite summertime combinations, and I love adding them to drinks. My girlfriends and I love to get together for brunch, and this is a delicious, refreshing drink to serve with our meals! The fruit will make enough puree that you can freeze the extra and have it for another day.
Ingredients:
1 mini watermelon
3 ripe peaches
1 bottle of Prosecco (If you find this too dry, you can sub with any white wine of your choice)
Directions:
1. Chop fruit and blend until smooth. If you find that the fruit isn't blending as easily as you would like, you can throw a little bit of the Prosecco in to help smooth it out.
2, Fill glasses 1/3 full with puree and and 2/3 Prosecco.
Easy and delicious!
