Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (I used whole wheat buttercrust)
3-4 slices of brie
1 Tbsp, red pepper jelly
Directions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of both slices of bread,
3. Lay brie on the unbuttered side of on slice of bread, spread the pepper jelly on the unbuttered side of the other slice of bread.
4. Put the sandwich together and place in the heated pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it is toasted to your liking.
