Ingredients:
1 turkey carcass
2 small carrots
2 small parsnips
1 leek (stem only)
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp, poultry seasoning
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 L water
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Strain soup and use for soup or can and freeze.
