Ingredients:
1 300 g pizza crust
4 cups mixed greens
1 Tbsp. basil pesto
1/2 Tbsp. oil (olive or avocado)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and then add greens, allowing them to cook for 5 to 10 minutes, until wilted.
3. While the greens are wilting, spread the basil pesto onto the pizza crust.
4. Top the crust with the wilted greens and cheese.
5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted and the crust is browned.
