I know that you're probably thinking "butter on steak? Is she crazy?" I know it might sound strange, but it is really amazing!
Make the butter in advance to allow the flavors to really blend.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/8 cup chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Blend all items in a food processor until smooth, ensuring that you stop and scrape the sides at least once to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
