Easy Mayo-Free Deviled Eggs

I don't think I tried deviled eggs for the first time until I was an adult, but this is now one of my go-to recipes for easy snacks.


Hard boil, cool, peel and halve as many eggs as you want to make.

To make the filling for each egg:
1. Spoon the yolks out and place in a bowl.
2. Add 1 tsp. of avocado oil, 1 tsp. of mustard, and a dash each of pepper and paprika.
3. Mash the yolks and mix until well blended.
4. Spoon yolks back into the hollowed out egg halves.
5. Top each egg with 1/2 tsp. of hemp hearts.
