Watermelon Peach Sangria

In my mind, Sangria and summertime go hand in hand.  There's something about sipping on a fruit and wine concoction on the patio with your girlfriends that just feels right.

 

Ingredients:
3 ripe peaches
1 mini watermelon
1.5 L white wine (I used Roscato Bianco Dolce)
1 L carbonated water
Fresh mint, to serve


Directions:
1. Slice peaches and chop watermelon.  Put in a large punch bowl, or 2 glass jars.
2. Add wine and let infuse overnight.
3. Top off with carbonated water and add fresh mint.
