I am not a fan of beef tacos in any way at all (bad experience when I was younger), but I have so much love for chicken taco salad. As with most things, the absolute best is usually homemade, so I finally caved and bought one of those metal dishes for baking tortilla shells into bowls. What a good investment!
It only takes about 15 minutes to bake the tortilla into a bowl and then you can load it up with all of your taco favorites. Lettuce, chicken, avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Yum!
