Grilled fruit is something that not a lot of people actually think about, but I swear it tastes amazing! Peaches and caramel are a delicious combination and it takes so little effort to prepare these treats.
Ingredients:
600 grams sliced peaches (you can thaw out frozen sliced peaches, or slice fresh ones if they are in season)
2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
1 Tbsp. caramel syrup (I use the same syrup that you can put in your coffee or tea)
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together and let the mixture sit for an hour.
2. Heat the grill to medium high.
3. Grill the peaches for 5 to 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
