If you are like me and you love trying new recipes, you know that some ingredients can be almost impossible to find in your local stores. Coconut cream is one ingredients for me. I can find milks, butters, oils, liquefied oils, flakes, shreds, etc. but not the canned coconut cream. Fortunately, it is actually very easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut butter (I use the Nutiva coconut manna)
- 1 cup water
Directions:
Put butter and water in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
This makes about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of cream.
