I personally prefer my chia seeds hydrated into a pudding or a drinkable gel, but I also love using them as a topping on my oatmeal. Whichever method you prefer, it is a quick shot of various B vitamins, iron, calcium, etc. I generally stock up when Costco has the large bags on sale but, if you are trying them for the first time, you can also find them in bulk at Bulk Barn and some grocery stores.
