I love the spices and seasonings section in Bulk Barn, especially the premixed cooking blends. I walked by the pulled pork seasoning for months but, since I don't really eat a ton of pork, I never had a good reason to pick it up. But, I found an awesome package of ribs at Costco, and I knew that it would be the perfect opportunity to finally try it out.
This seasoning is amazing! I spent a lot of time massaging the seasoning right into the meat and then cooked them until the meat was almost falling off of the bones. The flavors are so vibrant and not too salty, which is often the case with premixed spices. I will definitely use this again!
