Women for Women Wednesday: Gwen Stefani

I started listening to No Doubt when I was in elementary school and I have always been a fan of the whole band, and especially Gwen.  She is an ultimate rock star, fashionista with a soft, homebody, family woman side.

Seeing her as a coach on The Voice was like watching a mother taking care of her babies.  She is not only talented and inspiring, but she is also kind.  You could actually see her trying so hard to choose her words so that she could support, uplift, and coach without being negative or hurtful.  She was constantly encouraging and supporting all of the contestants (not just her own team), her fellow coaches, and any artists whose songs she had her team sing.  She is truly a shining star, and the type of person that is inspiring to watch.
